Urban Le Gros Dies Today After Stroke

Urban LeGros, 69, 820 Smith street, died in a local hospital this morning, following a stroke suffered two weeks ago. The body is at the Lyndahl funeral home where the Rev. John Gehl will offer the requiem mass and burial will be in Fort Howard cemetery.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Walter Bethuren and Mrs. Leslie Zastrow, Green Bay, and Mrs. Howard Hoth, Milwaukee; a son, Cyril LeGros, Green Bay; and four grandchildren. Mrs. LeGros died in 1925.

Urban married Laura Fanny MELOTTE, daughter of John Baptist MELOTTE and Adell D. VAN DEN BUSCH, in 1913. (Laura Fanny MELOTTE was born in 1893,¹⁷ died on 26 Oct 1925 in Green Bay, Brown, Wisconsin ^17,18 and was buried on 28 Oct 1925 in Green Bay, Brown, Wisconsin, , Fort Howard Cemetery ^17,19.)
